JILL CARLSON
President, Owner | Managing Broker ND#8063 / MN#40489115Jill Carlson started her career at PARK CO., REALTORS® in 2008 as a sales associate. When there was an opportunity to join the leadership team in 2014, she jumped at it and began a new career path. From Relocation Director to VP of Business Development and as current President/Owner, Jill has in-depth knowledge of what it takes to run a successful brokerage. She has a passion for real estate and a particular love for the Park Co. family. In fact, she often claims she is not going to work every day but instead “going to hang out with her second family.” As President, Jill juggles many duties but especially enjoys working with the Park Co. agents to help them become more efficient and productive in their business practices. Jill graduated from St. Cloud State University with a B.S. in Marketing and an M.S. in Counseling Psychology. When away from the office, she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, traveling, and spending summer weekends at the lake.

SHAWN SCHMIDT
Vice President, Finance & IT ND#8354 / MN#40234634 As Vice President, Finance & IT, Shawn plans, implements, manages, and runs all financial activities of the company including business planning, budgeting, and forecasting. He also manages all IT aspects including infrastructure and technology systems. Shawn has been with PARK CO., REALTORS® since 2011 and is a licensed REALTOR® in both North Dakota and Minnesota. When away from the office, Shawn enjoys lake life and fishing during his free time.
CASEY FRIEDRICH
Vice President, OperationsCasey Friedrich is a Fargo, ND, native and is proud to call the Fargo-Moorhead community her home. She has been with PARK CO., REALTORS® since 2013 and is the current Vice President, Operations. Casey’s background is in marketing and sales with more than 18 years of experience. She graduated from North Dakota State University with a B.S. degree in Marketing. When she is away from the office, Casey enjoys spending her time with her family, two children, and friends at the lake, as well as horseback riding any chance she gets.

KELLY KUNTZ
Marketing DirectorKelly Kuntz is our Marketing Director and is responsible for marketing strategy, campaign planning and elevating both our agents and clients to ensure a successful homebuying or selling experience across the board. She is originally from East Grand Forks MN and attended Bemidji State University before graduating from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Communications. She has over 15 years of marketing and event experience. Besides her passion for marketing, sports, and travel are her favorite. She met her husband, Peter, playing Kittenball and loves to play volleyball and softball. As a mom of five, she plays the quiet but proud parent in the stands of her children’s softball games, hockey games, and band concerts at Fargo North and Ben Franklin as well as watching her littles grow and learn.

COURTNEY ERICKSON
Marketing CoordinatorCourtney Erickson is our Marketing Coordinator and juggles multiple duties including graphic design tasks and the creation of company and agent materials and digital assets. Courtney is originally from St. Michael, MN and graduated from North Dakota State University with a B.S. in Marketing along with years of marketing and graphic design experience. Outside of the office, Courtney enjoys traveling, sporting events, and spending as much time with her friends, family, and dog as possible.
MEKENNA ERICKSON
Marketing CoordinatorMekenna Erickson is our Marketing Coordinator and is responsible for developing digital content, agent materials, and other various graphic design projects. She is originally from Grand Forks, ND, and graduated from North Dakota State University in 2023 with a B.S in Strategic Communication. Mekenna is experienced in graphic design, photography, and developing advertising strategy. Outside of the office, Mekenna enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, playing guitar, and attending sporting events and concerts whenever possible.
ALICIA KRIER
Transaction CoordinatorAs Transaction Coordinator, Alicia ensures a smooth closing for each transaction. She collaborates with title and abstract companies, lenders, co-op agencies, and others to coordinate contracts. She ensures high-quality support is provided to agents and a smooth closing process transpires for Park Co. clientele. Alicia records and maintains accurate records and assists with sales information. She is a quick thinker and a great problem solver. Originally from West Fargo, Alicia has more than six years of experience in customer service and administrative duties. Alicia will eventually be working towards obtaining her real estate license. Outside of the office, Alicia enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to concerts, traveling, tailgating, and spending as much time at the lake as possible.
HEIDI HANSEN
Transaction CoordinatorHeidi Hansen is a transaction coordinator. She is responsible for working with areas of the business to ensure smooth transactional processes occur, as well as ensuring high level of support and services to PARK CO's top agents and their clients. Originally from Grand Forks, ND, she graduated from Oregon Culinary Institute in 2009 and has attended Dickinson State University and NDSU in the recent past pursuing a degree in Geology. She has over 6 years of experience in real estate as both an agent and transaction/listing coordinator. Heidi also has over 20 years of customer service experience in the hospitality industry in front of the house and back of the house operations. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children, going to the lake, concerts, traveling, music, markets or any local other local events or activities.
KRYSTLE HERZ
Executive AssistantKrystle Herz is our Executive Assistant. She is responsible for bookkeeping, payroll, agent accounts, relocation assistance and more. Krystle graduated from North Dakota State University and resides in West Fargo, ND, with her husband and two boys. She has wide-ranging experience in marketing, sales, customer success, and human resources operations. In Krystle's spare time she enjoys attending her boys’ hockey games, working out, being at the lake with family, concerts, and traveling to Florida each year.
STEPH JONES
Client Services AssociateSteph is our Client Services Associate and juggles multiple duties including overseeing the front desk and greeting Park Co. clientele. She is originally from Adams, ND, and has more than 10 years of experience in customer service and administrative duties. Outside of the office, Steph enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband, reading, baking, and chatting with a friend over coffee.
